A Living Pain Free session is a gentle, supportive space where you can be heard, guided, and supported.
You do not need to prepare anything special. You can arrive exactly as you are.

What to Expect Afterwards
After a session, you may feel relaxed, emotional, lighter, tired, peaceful, reflective, or more aware of your body. All of these responses can be normal.
We encourage you to drink water, rest where possible, and be gentle with yourself after deep inner work.
